Please read below instructions before starting eKYC process. It may cause inconvenience if the instructions are not followed correctly.
1. Please make sure that scanned copy of front and back side of QID is in your device to upload (both image should be less than 500 KB).
2. Please use latest Google Chrome/Mozilla Firefox/Safari to do eKYC.
3. For eKYC, your device is required to have a camera.
4. Allow camera permission to record your video with QID. Show your face and QID in camera.
* For Safari iPhone users. Go To Settings -> Search for Safari -> Advanced -> Experimental -> Media Recorder (enable it).
* For Safari Mac users. Go To Safari -> Preferences -> Advanced -> Tick Show Develop menu in menu bar, and then go to Develop -> Experimental Features -> Media Recorder (make sure that it is enabled).
