Eid Jackpot Campaign - Terms & Conditions

  1. Aldar’s ‘Eid Jackpot Campaign is valid from March 13th to June 9th, 2025.
  2. One (1) raffle entry will be issued for completing any transaction using any branch, mobile app, web app, Gold purchase, or Kiosk of Aldar for Exchange Works. Transaction reference number will used as an identifier for raffle draw
  3. To participate, customers must be 18 years or older, residents of Qatar, and eligible for Aldar services in general. Customers must present the original and valid QID to register for the raffle draw.
  4. The draw will take place on June 10th, 2025, at 7:00 pm.
  5. Sixty (60) winners will each receive a 7.78g 24k Gold Coin.
  6. The prize must be claimed within 90 days of the draw date.
  7. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  8. Winners must collect the final prize handover letter issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in Qatar and submit this letter to Aldar for Exchange Works Management to claim their prize.
  9. Winners must present the original QID to claim the prize, and the prize must be claimed within 90 days of the draw date.
  10. Winners will be contacted via the contact details provided in their raffle coupon ( Transaction receipt)
  11. These terms and conditions apply solely to the ‘Eid Jackpot campaign during the specified timeframe.
  12. Aldar For Exchange Works Management staff, staff of all stores, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the raffle draw.
  13. The ‘Eid Jackpot campaign does not guarantee any financial or other profits or gifts for coupon holders.
  14. Aldar For Exchange Works reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating the terms of the promotion or engaging in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
  15. Aldar For Exchange Works reserves the right to amend these rules with the approval of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
  16. Aldar For Exchange Works is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control.
  17. By entering the promotion, participants agree to accept these rules.
  18. Aldar For Exchange Works reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
  19. By participating in the campaign, participants consent to Aldar For Exchange Works collecting and processing their personal data.
  20. Winners agree to participate in marketing and promotional activities.
  21. This promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
  22. Aldar For Exchange Works reserves the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions with prior approval.

الشروط والأحكام

  1. حملة "جوائز العيد" من الدار لأعمال الصرافة سارية من 13 مارس إلى 9 يونيو 2025.
  2. سيتم إصدار إدخال سحب واحد (1) في السحب عند إتمام أي عملية عبر أي فرع من فروع الدار، أو عبر تطبيق الهاتف المحمول، تطبيق الموقع الالكتروني،أو من خلال شراء الذهب، أو في أجهزة الخدمة الذاتية (كيوسك). لية عبر أي فرع من فروع الدار أو عبر التطبيق
  3. للمشاركة، يجب أن يكون العميل يبلغ 18 عامًا أو أكثر، مقيم في قطر، ومؤهل للاستفادة من خدمات الدار.
  4. سيُجرى السحب في 10 يونيو 2025 الساعة 7:00 مساءً.
  5. سيتم اختيار 60 فائزًا، سيتلقى كل منهم عملة ذهبية 24 قيراطًا بوزن 7.78 جرام.
  6. تتم المطالبة بالجائزة في غضون 90 يومًا من تاريخ السحب.
  7. الجوائز غير قابلة للتحويل ولا يمكن استبدالها نقدًا.
  8. يجب على الفائزين الحصول على خطاب تسليم الجائزة من وزارة التجارة والصناعة.
  9. يجب على الفائزين تقديم بطاقة الهوية القطرية الأصلية لاستلام الجائزة.
  10. سيتم التواصل مع الفائزين عبر بيانات الاتصال المقدمة في قسيمة السحب(إيصال المعاملة)
  11. تنطبق هذه الشروط والأحكام فقط على حملة "جوائز العيد".
  12. موظفو الدار لأعمال الصرافة وأسرهم المباشرة غير مؤهلين للمشاركة.
  13. لا تضمن الحملة أي أرباح مالية أو هدايا أخرى لحاملي القسائم.
  14. تحتفظ الدار لأعمال الصرافة بالحق في استبعاد أي مشارك ينتهك الشروط.
  15. تحتفظ الدار لأعمال الصرافة بالحق في تعديل القواعد بموافقة وزارة التجارة والصناعة.
  16. لا تتحمل الدار لأعمال الصرافة المسؤولية عن أي أحداث خارجة عن إرادتها.
  17. بدخول الحملة، يوافق المشاركون على قبول هذه القواعد.
  18. تحتفظ الدار لأعمال الصرافة بالحق في إلغاء الحملة دون إشعار مسبق.
  19. بالمشاركة، يوافق المشاركون على جمع ومعالجة بياناتهم الشخصية.
  20. يوافق الفائزون على المشاركة في الأنشطة الترويجية.
  21. تخضع الحملة لقوانين دولة قطر.
  22. تحتفظ الدار لأعمال الصرافة بالحق في تعديل الشروط والأحكام.
